One might wonder what the meaning behind Topia is. Topia is a story of self-development.

I was born in Portugal, where I wasn’t exactly the most popular kid in school. In my language, the words utopia and Sofia sound quite similar. My classmates, thinking I was a teacher’s pet, started calling me “Topia”—a hurtful jab at being a little Miss Perfect.

Back then, that nickname made my little heart shrink. But now? It fills me with pride. I’ve come to embrace the pursuit of excellence and self-improvement. I am indeed striving for perfection. I am Topia.
